GigaMat Technologies, Inc. was founded as a California corporation in 2002. It is headquartered in Fremont, California.

History

Polisher was designed and manufactured in Silicon Valley since 70’s.

GigaMat support worldwide customer. Installed base in USA, Europe, Taiwan, China, Korea, Singapore, India…. The Company’s polishers have been used on a variety of materials such as Sic, silicon, lithium niabate, sapphire, quartz, and GaAs…. The GigaMat polisher is a true workhorse, and the design allows for longer and more rigorous polishing than most polishers and demanded by wafer manufacturers. GigaMat is a US manufacturing company.“Made In USA”.

Diversified Product Line

The Company’s equipment line includes three different product categories:

• Polisher tools and accessories: CMP polisher “Batch wafer or single wafer processing”, Slurry system, wafer demount station, wafer press.

• Sorter and Metrology tools: Robotic sorter, Belt system sorter

• Automation: Fully automated Batch wafer or single wafer processing.

  • Cassette-to-cassette, Dry in Wet out.

  • GigaMat’s Automated Integrated system includes CMP polishers, mount station, demount station, wafer press, carrier cleaner and Robotic handling system.

  • Options: a. Polishing both side: Automatic Flipping the wafer over and polishing the other side. b. Integrated post polishing with third party Megasonic and Cleaning system
